1. Market Research Analyst

Responsibilities: Conduct industry research, analyze market entry opportunities, prepare competitor analysis reports, and support digital transformation strategy development.

Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business/Economics, 1–2 years of research experience, proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).

2. Career Coaching Associate

Responsibilities: Assist in executive coaching sessions, optimize client resumes/LinkedIn profiles, conduct career mapping workshops, and track industry hiring trends.

Requirements: Degree in HR/Psychology, certification in career coaching (preferred), strong interpersonal skills.

3. Workplace Wellness Coordinator

Responsibilities: Coordinate mental health workshops, design resilience training materials, liaise with corporate clients, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Requirements: Background in Psychology/Social Work, familiarity with workplace mental health frameworks.

4. Digital Transformation Assistant

Responsibilities: Support digital strategy projects, document client processes, assist in tech adoption plans (e.g., CRM/AI tools), and prepare transformation roadmaps.

Requirements: Degree in IT/Business, interest in digital trends (e.g., automation, cloud solutions).

5. Client Relations Executive

Responsibilities: Manage client inquiries, coordinate between service teams, prepare proposals, and ensure post-engagement follow-ups.

Requirements: Strong communication skills, 1+ year in client-facing roles, bilingual (English + Mandarin/Malay preferred).

6. Organizational Development Assistant

Responsibilities: Support organizational restructuring projects, assist in workflow analysis, draft change management plans, and collaborate with HR teams for implementation.

Requirements: Degree in Business Admin/HR, interest in organizational psychology, familiarity with tools like SWOT/PDCA.

7. Leadership Training Facilitator

Responsibilities: Deliver resilience and leadership workshops, customize training modules for clients, and collect feedback for program improvement.

Requirements: Background in Psychology/Education, prior facilitation experience, certification in coaching (e.g., ICF) is a plus.

8. Resume & LinkedIn Specialist

Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one resume/LinkedIn optimization, tailor content for industry-specific roles (e.g., finance/tech), and track client job placement success.

Requirements: Strong writing/editing skills, knowledge of ATS systems, 1+ year in recruitment/career coaching.

9. Business Development Associate

Responsibilities: Identify new client opportunities (SMEs/MNCs), pitch HLC’s consulting services, and assist in partnership outreach.

Requirements: Degree in Marketing/Business, persuasive communication, familiarity with Singapore’s corporate landscape.

10. Data Visualization Junior Consultant

Responsibilities: Transform market research/data into digestible dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), support consulting reports, and visualize digital transformation metrics.

Requirements: Proficiency in data tools, basic coding (Python/SQL) preferred, design sensibility.

11. Workplace Mental Health Assistant

Responsibilities: Administer employee well-being surveys, assist in designing stress-management programs, and provide logistical support for therapy/counseling sessions.

Requirements: Diploma in Psychology, empathy, confidentiality awareness.
